In this workers' compensation case, the appellant claimed that she was permanently and totally disabled. The appellee carrier admitted a 30% permanent partial disability. The administrative law judge found that the appellant had failed to prove that she was entitled to any additional benefits beyond the 30% disability rating and the Workers' Compensation Commission affirmed. From that decision, comes this appeal.
