Appellants Barker and Parks were charged with pursuing wildlife at night with the aid of an artificial light in violation of the rules and regulations of the Conservation Commission. § 252.040, RSMo 1978; 3 C.S.R. 10-7.410. The parties stipulated that the charges could be tried together. A jury found both appellants guilty and they were each sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $75.00. The charges...
