WOLLMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for arson, conspiracy to commit arson, and defrauding an insurer. We affirm.

At 2:00 a.m. on July 14, 1981, the Lennox Fire Department was called to a fire at defendant's house in Lennox, South Dakota. Defendant was in Iowa at the time.
