Cleveland Fontenot filed this worker's compensation suit against his employer, Great Southern Oil & Gas Co., Inc. (hereafter Great Southern), for benefits allegedly due as the result of an injury which occurred on November 1, 1980, and for penalties and attorney's fees. The trial judge rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, finding the plaintiff to be permanently partially disabled under the worker's compensation...
