The defendant was charged as a persistent offender with burglary in the first degree. The trial court found he was a persistent offender. A jury then found him guilty of the offense. The trial court fixed his punishment at imprisonment for 25 years. The defendant does not question the sufficiency of the evidence. The record presents overwhelming proof of his guilt.
