OPINION
FENDER, Chief Justice.
Appellant, John Stephen McClinton, was convicted by a jury of murder. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, sec. 19.02. That jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine (99) years imprisonment.
We affirm.
