Following trial by jury, appellant Royce Kress Pelham, a/k/a Pete Pelham, was convicted of the offense of rape of a child, his eleven-year-old daughter, for which the jury assessed punishment at confinement for seven (7) years. Concluding that appellant has not demonstrated reversible error under his six grounds of error, none of which contains a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction, we affirm the judgment...
