No. AQ-345.

440 So.2d 600 (1983)

RING POWER CORPORATION, Appellant, v. L.E.C. EQUIPMENT CORPORATION, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied December 8, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John A. DeVault, III, and Peter D. Webster of Bedell, Dittmar, DeVault, Pillans & Gentry, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Alan C. Sundberg and Cynthia S. Tunnicliff of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith & Cutler, Tallahassee, Brett D. Anderson, Miami, for appellee.

WENTWORTH, Judge.

Appellant seeks review of an order entered pursuant to a jury verdict awarding appellee $600,000 in compensatory damages and $1,100,000 in punitive damages. We find that the claim for fraud in the inducement to contract was properly submitted to the jury, and that the order is otherwise without error.

The order appealed is affirmed.
