This is an appeal from an order of the Carver County District Court denying defendants' motion for an order vacating a writ of attachment or, alternatively, for an order increasing the attachment bond, in which defendants challenge the constitutionality of our attachment statute as amended in 1981, Minn.Stat. § 570.02, subd. 2(b) (1982).
