Husband maintains that the trial court erred in its classification of property as separate or marital and in its award of attorney's fees. Both sides contest the division of marital property and the award of periodic maintenance to wife. Wife also alleges error in the trial court ruling that husband was not bound by a separate agreement that he pay temporary maintenance...
