This is the second stage of an action brought by the trustee in bankruptcy for the Frigitemp Corporation to void as preferential certain transfers made to various of Frigitemp's creditors during the period between November 20, 1977 and March 20, 1978. Frigitemp manufactured and installed interiors, furnishings, and equipment for marine and institutional construction, including refrigeration and insulation systems...
