HOLT, Justice.

The appellant was convicted of capital felony murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He raises three points on appeal. We affirm.

The appellant first argues that the trial court erred in failing to excuse for cause venireman Brien Breckenridge. The appellant excused Breckenridge peremptorily. He later exhausted his peremptory challenges, which, he claims, forced him to accept an unwanted juror when the jury was finally selected...
