Claimant had worked for an insurance company, first as a computer operator and then as an implementation co-ordinator, from 1976 until 1981 when she began a maternity leave of absence. In May, 1982, when claimant was prepared to return to work, she was advised that her position had been abolished and that she would be placed on a call-back list.
