Appellant, Michael Dillon, was convicted of child molesting, a class B felony defined by Ind. Code § 35-42-4-3(a). The trial was by jury. The charge was that he had had sexual intercourse with a nine year old girl, M.H. Appellant was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of fifteen years.
