After Builders Supply Company1 commenced a proceeding in state court to set aside an arbitrator's award, Teamsters Local 123 removed the action to federal court. The District Court2 granted summary judgment in favor of the Union. We affirm. We agree with the District Court that the case was properly removed and that no sufficient reason was shown to set aside the arbitrator's award.<...
