PER CURIAM.

There is hereby created an Alternate Committee on Professional Conduct, to serve in the rare instances in which the regular Committee members consider themselves to be disqualified from participating in a matter before the Committee. Such matters may be referred by the regular Committee to the alternate Committee. At the first meeting of the alternate Committee its members may draw for terms of three, four, five, six, and seven years for the lawyer members...
