ADKISSON, Chief Justice.

After a trial by jury, appellant was convicted of three counts of forgery in the second degree and one count of theft of property. The Jefferson County Circuit Court sentenced him as a habitual offender to 20 years on the first count of forgery, 10 years on the second count, 20 years on the third count, and 10 years for theft of property. The sentences were to run consecutively. On appeal from this conviction we affirm.
