BUTTS, Justice.

This is a trespass to try title action brought by the heirs of Benito Garcia, Sr. and wife, Lorenza, to recover possession and title to two tracts of land of approximately 14 acres located in Brooks County. They claim by adverse possession only, relying upon the ten year statute of limitation. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5510 (Vernon 1958). Among several defendants were Benito Garcia, Jr. and his wife, Virginia, the Miller brothers...
