This bankruptcy action is before this court on appeal. On October 12, 1982, Mrs. Sharp (defendant) filed her notice of appeal. Thereafter, on October 21, 1982, Mr. Harrell (debtor) filed his notice of cross appeal. Bankruptcy Rule 810 provides the proper standard for review: "The court shall accept the referee's findings of fact unless they are clearly erroneous, and shall give due regard to the opportunity of the referee...
