Robert Van Deusen (defendant) was indicted and charged with third degree burglary and attempted petit larceny by an Otsego County Grand Jury. He was released on a $10,000 bail bond issued by Ideal Mutual Insurance Company (Ideal) and filed May 20, 1981. Defendant's parents allege that they provided their home as security for that bond.
