The Chief Judge of the Boston Housing Court has reported the issue of the propriety of a preliminary injunction he entered pursuant to G.L.c. 186, § 14, and G.L.c. 111, § 127H, granting certain relief to a tenant at sufferance. Mass. R. Civ. P. 64, 365 Mass. 831 (1974). The judge's basic concern was whether he was correct in granting relief under these statutes to a tenant at sufferance.
