In two separate indictments, defendant was charged with the crime of burglary in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree and petit larceny. Pursuant to a plea bargain, he entered a plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree, a class D felony (Penal Law, §§ 140.25, 110.05, subd 5), in full satisfaction of all charges, was denied youthful offender status...
