Plaintiff-appellant Albert Micklus filed suit against Kay Greer, 545 F.Supp. 183, an official of the Missouri Department of Mental Health, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his constitutional right to privacy. Micklus's claim is based on allegations of "a clandestine and covert investigation ... of the mental and psychological condition" of Micklus and the malicious publication...
