This litigation arises out of an accident that occurred when the D/B FRANK L, while in tow of the M/V HIAWATHA, collided with the Huey P. Long Bridge. As a result of the collision, both the bridge and the barge sustained damage. So, too, did the crane located on the D/B FRANK L.
