SULLIVAN, Judge.

Harrison-Washington School Corporation, et al. (Board) appeals the trial court's mandate of July 27, 1981 ordering the Board to reinstate Willis D. Bales (Bales) as a tenured teacher with the school corporation. We reverse.

We construe appellants' arguments to present five versions of the same issue: whether the trial court erred in finding that the Board's decision to cancel Bales' indefinite contract was not substantiated by the evidence...
