Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, writ sustained, and petitioner is ordered discharged from custody without prejudice to such further proceedings as the sovereign State of Connecticut shall deem advisable.

Petitioner was convicted of robbery in the first degree in the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Danbury, Connecticut. He was sentenced on March 19, 1982 to a term of imprisonment at the Connecticut
