The Oregon State Bar filed a single charge complaint against Kim L. Jordan accusing him of unethical conduct for the violation of DR 1-102(A)(4).1 The gravamen of the complaint is that Jordan on February 9, 1979, at a hearing in Josephine County, falsely denied under oath that previously on August 28, 1978, he had a conversation with one Earl Best and had observed "bus seats that had been slashed."
