This is an appeal from a denial of a claim for workers' compensation benefits for an alleged occupational disease. The claimant challenges the refusal of the Workers' Compensation Board (Board) to remand her case to the referee for the taking of additional evidence. The Court of Appeals, 61 Or.App. 225, 656 P.2d 964, affirmed the Board's ruling.
