The notice of appeal in this cause was filed in this Court on January 18, 1982. On December 2, 1982, an amendment to Mo. Const. art. V, § 3 became effective. Pursuant to this amendment, which removed this Court's appellate jurisdiction in cases in which the punishment imposed is imprisonment for life, this cause was transferred to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District.
