Plaintiff Milton Fisher ("Fisher") brought this action against defendants The Plessey Company Limited ("Plessey") and Plessey Incorporated ("Plessey Inc.") alleging various violations of the federal securities laws in connection with a 1980 tender offer by Plessey for Plessey Inc. debentures.
