OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

The appellant was sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the county jail upon her conviction in Comanche County District Court for Soliciting for Lewd and Immoral Acts. On appeal she asserts that the trial court erred when it failed to sustain her demurrer to the information. We find that the appellant's argument that the information was defective due to lack of specificity is meritorious...
