PER CURIAM:

After a jury trial, appellant was convicted of forgery and uttering, D.C.Code 1973, § 22-1401, and attempted false pretenses, D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-1301(a), -103. He received a sentence of two to six years imprisonment on each of the forgery and uttering counts, and one year for attempted false pretenses, all to run concurrently.
