RAMEY, Justice.

This is a worker's compensation case. The employee died as a result of a heart attack. He had been driving a truck in the course of his employment for Temple Eastex in the early morning hours of October 4, 1979, when he became ill. He then drove to his employer's truck yard, subsequent to which he was hospitalized. The employee died two days later in the hospital. On a verdict favorable to the deceased's three minor children the court entered a judgment...
