Claimant suffered an acute lumbosacral strain while performing his duties as a volunteer fireman. After his discharge from the hospital, he was required to return to the hospital on a daily basis and also to his doctor's office. Claimant submitted a mileage reimbursement request for visits totaling 290 miles. The board directed that claimant be reimbursed at the rate of 20 cents per mile.
