The principal question on appeal is whether the appellants, a condominium association and a class of unit owners, had a constitutional right to a jury trial on their claim against the developer-appointed, initial officers and directors of the association. We have concluded that the appellants did not have a constitutional right to a jury trial on their claim seeking disgorgement and restitution of alleged unjust enrichment
