This action involves a dispute as to the boundary between two parcels of land located on the westerly shore of Lake George in the Town of Hague. Both plaintiffs and defendants derived title to their lands from a common grantor, the Cook Estate, Inc. Prior to the subject conveyances, the Cook Estate subdivided several parcels of land in the area of Friends Point on Lake George by means of a survey map.
