This is an action for declaratory judgment brought by plaintiff to determine her rights under a policy of automobile insurance issued to her father by defendant. It is presently before this court on plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings filed pursuant to Rule 1034 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
