STAFFORD, J.

We are asked to decide the constitutionality of Seattle City Ordinance 109280 (codified as Seattle Municipal Code ch. 7.20) which regulates the eviction of floating homes from their moorages and establishes a procedure for the review and regulation of moorage fee increases. We find the ordinance constitutional on its face and in so ruling affirm the judgment of the trial court.
