MEMORANDUM OPINION

WINNER, Chief Judge.

Defendant is charged with a violation of an ordinance of the City of Aurora, and, because he is a postman, an assistant United States Attorney removed the case to this court where it was tried before a magistrate. Defendant was convicted and fined $50, or, if defendant doesn't want to pay the $50, he can contribute 20 hours of community service to an organization of his choice.
