It appears from the record that prior to 1980 petitioner was serving several concurrent sentences, the controlling sentence being from 0 to 13½ years which was imposed in 1973. He was paroled on these sentences in 1977 and in 1980 his parole was revoked and he was sentenced to a concurrent term of from two to four years upon a conviction of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
