Defendants Colorado Patio and Awning Co., Inc. (Colorado Patio), A-Canopy and Awning Inc. (A-Canopy), and Charles Basham appeal from the judgment entered against them for merchandise sold by plaintiff, John Boyle and Company, to defendant Colorado Patio. We affirm.
