The issue at bench is whether the mortgagee is entitled to relief from the automatic stay provisions of section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code ("the Code") to permit it to resume execution proceedings presently pending in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, so that the premises in question may be sold at a sheriff's sale.
