The Ballard Circuit Court entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict on a jury verdict which had found Kenneth Harrison, the respondent herein, to have ownership of a one-half undivided interest in the family farm based on a parole gift and adverse possession. The Court of Appeals determined that the jury verdict was supported by sufficient evidence and was not contrary to law and accordingly reversed...
