These two cases were consolidated for trial and on appeal and involve the paternity and custody of a child born to Pamela Joeckel (wife) but conceived before her marriage to Mark Joeckel (husband). Husband appeals a decree in the paternity case declaring Grant Warren to be the father of the child and the part of the decree in the dissolution case that awarded custody of the child to wife and Warren and denied husband visitation.
