Seaborn C. Hughes was convicted of burglary and sentenced to ten years in prison. The evidence shows that the victim's daughter-in-law stopped by the victim's house while the victim was at church, and saw a car with a Florida license plate and two men, one of them standing by the car and one (the appellant) inside the screened door. They told her they were painters looking for work and they left when she advised them to come back in the afternoon...
