This is an appeal by plaintiffs, Shirley M. and Chris K. Pederson, from an order of the district court refusing to schedule their case for trial. Plaintiffs were involved in an automobile accident in 1972 and brought suit in 1975 and 1976 against Harold O. Johnson, Herbert A. Johnson, Edward Konietzko, and the Rose Cooperative Creamery Association. A claim against the Land O'Lakes Creamery Association was added following the dismissal of the Rose Cooperative...
