PER CURIAM.

This is an attorney discipline case involving a loan from the client to the lawyer. We find that the accused lawyer, Kenneth M. Montgomery, violated DR 5-104(A), and we impose a public reprimand.

Montgomery practices law in Portland. MacLellan and Farnham were two of the three principal owners of a corporation, BLT Enterprises, Inc. Montgomery represented BLT on an ongoing basis. He also represented MacLellan and Farnham on some personal matters...
