Bennett, and the M/V BILL EDWARDS, and B-R River Services, Inc., as owner and operator of the M/V BILL EDWARDS, moved this Court for partial summary judgment in favor of B-R River Services, Inc., as owner and operator of the M/V BILL EDWARDS, and in favor of the M/V BILL EDWARDS...
