Conrac Corporation ("Conrac") has initiated an antitrust suit against American Telephone & Telegraph Company ("AT&T"), various AT&T subsidiaries, TeleSciences, Inc. ("TeleSciences") and certain officers of AT&T and TeleSciences. (The claims against all individual defendants were dismissed by oral opinion on August 16, 1982).
