In this difficult and complex antitrust action in which two motion picture exhibitors, namely, Syufy Enterprises ("Syufy"), as plaintiff and counterdefendant, and American Multi-Cinema, Inc. and its related entities ("AMC"), as defendants and AMC as counterplaintiffs, charged each other with violating Section 2 of the Sherman Act by attempting to monopolize and monopolizing the exhibition of first-run motion pictures...
